We are looking for an Billing /Reservation/Accounts Executive to join our team at Grewal Speedo Flyers (Car Rental Company) Bhawanipur. The role involves managing the vehicles, to fetch the booking, do the reservations. Must have experience in travel lines (Car Rental Companies), financial transactions, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The position offers ₹15000 - ₹25000 and opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Check & manage daily accounting tasks including payments, deposits, and expenses.

• To check with the drivers and allot them the vehicles.

• Balance/match bank statements and ensure timely completion of tax filings.

• Audit financial records to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 1 - 6+ years of experience. Additionally, candidates are required to have a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Additional certification (if any) is a plus. Applicants must have strong attention to detail, analytical skills, Tally, GST, ERP, Billing & reservation knowledge in car rental or in other sectors. To track the vehicles and time to time make a follow up with the client/drivers. Also have an experience in B2B/B2C sectors. Willing to do rotational shifts.
