Compliance & Regulatory Work
Ensuring adherence to IRDAI (Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India) guidelines.
Preparing MIS (Management Information System) reports for audits.
Client Servicing Support
Providing support to the sales team with policy details, quotations, and endorsements.
Assisting with client queries regarding policy terms, premium payments, or renewal schedules.
Financial Reconciliation
Tracking premium collections and reconciling accounts with insurers.
Handling commission statements and assisting in payouts.
Strong knowledge of insurance products (Life, Health, General, Commercial Lines).
Good command of MS Excel, Word, and CRM software.
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Understanding of IRDAI compliance requirements.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
