•Enter daily transactions of cylinder issues, returns, refills, and dispatches in the IGAS software.
•Visit customer locations to physically count and verify cylinder stocks.
•Match on-site counts with IGAS records to ensure zero discrepancies.
•Identify and document any variances; follow up for corrective action.
•Work closely with dispatch, operations, and sales teams to track cylinder movements.
•Provide timely updates to management on field findings.
•Build rapport with customers to facilitate smooth audits and reconciliation.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in data entry and MS Excel.
•Familiarity with inventory or ERP software (IGAS experience is a plus).
Other Skills:
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Good communication and interpersonal skills for customer interactions.
Ability to travel to customer sites as required.
Experience
1–3 years in inventory management, logistics, industrial gases, or related fields preferred.
Freshers with strong computer skills and willingness to travel will also be considered.
