Branch Auditor.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular audits of branch operations to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Evaluate internal controls, identify risks or gaps, and recommend corrective actions.
Review financial records, customer transactions, loan files, cash management, and inventory (if applicable).
Assess branch performance indicators and adherence to regulatory requirements.
Prepare audit reports with findings, risk assessments, and actionable recommendations.
Monitor the implementation of corrective actions and follow up on previously reported issues.
Collaborate with branch managers and other departments to ensure audit objectives are met.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations (e.g., banking, insurance, retail—depending on sector).
Support internal and external audit activities and regulatory inspections.
Travel to branch locations as required.
