We're Hiring a Qualified Chartered Accountant for the role of Manager -Tax Auditor for a leading Chartered Accountant Firm:-

2 to 3 years experience post CA qualification (Past experience from a midsize CA Firm only)

Preference: Male candidate only

Job Description:

1. execution, supervising and ensuring timeliness of deliverables

2. monitoring and supervising team members

3. independently leading and ensuring execution, advising and handling clienteles for:

4. retainer services for monthly accounts, management reports and compliances towards TDS and GST

5. statutory audits of company

6. income tax compliances including tax audits and filings

7. transfer pricing structuring advisory, compliances and preparing study reports

8. tax planning and advisory for various type of entities.

9. basic knowledge of DTAA interpretation and issuance of certificates including 15CA/CB

10. strong knowledge of income tax law

11. basic knowledge around internal audits

12. all other statutory compliances

13. basic knowledge of GST regulations

Traits:

1. worked with mid-size CA firm and looking after all compliances for corporate entities

2. hands on working experience on finalization of accounts, accounting standards, audit, income tax, compliance advisory, etc.

3. problem solving attitude

4. able to handle client independently

5. good grip on accounting concepts

6. basic knowledge about GST, ROC

7. have handled compliances for Private Limited clients (size of the clients served be 5 crores to 50+ crores), LLPs, HNIs, NRIs, etc

8. excellent verbal & written English communication

9. able to lead and monitor team of Accountant and Article assistants

10. good grip on accounting softwares such as Tally ERP9/Prime, tax softwares, etc
