Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Female Account Assistant to support our accounting department. The ideal candidate will assist in managing day-to-day accounting tasks, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
-Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update financial records (invoices, receipts, payments, ledgers)
• Assist in preparing financial statements and reports
• Handle accounts payable and receivable
• Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies
• Assist with GST, TDS, and other tax-related documentation
• Manage petty cash transactions and records
• Support internal and external audits
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial data
• Communicate with vendors and clients regarding payments and invoices
• Perform other administrative and accounting tasks as needed
