We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Audit cum Senior Accountant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations of the sales department, accurate accounting, and compliance with internal controls.

This role is suitable for professionals with strong accounting knowledge, auditing exposure, and the ability to handle sales-related financial functions end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily sales punching and reconciliation in accounting software (Tally/ERP or equivalent).

• Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

• Oversee and monitor the entire sales department’s accounting process, including verification of invoices, sales entries, and outstanding management.

• Conduct internal checks, audits, and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies.

• Preparation of MIS reports on sales, receivables, and financial performance for management review.

• Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.

• Coordinate with the audit team and provide necessary records for statutory/internal audits.

• Support in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis related to sales.

• Manage and guide junior accountants/executives in routine accounting and reporting tasks.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / Semi-qualified CA / CA Inter / MBA (Finance) preferred.

• Experience: 3–5 years of experience in accounting & audit, with exposure to sales accounting.

• Strong knowledge of Tally/ERP systems, MS Excel, and reporting tools.

• Familiarity with GST, TDS, and other compliance frameworks.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and lead a small team.
