We are looking for an Assistant Operations Manager to join our team at at 4syz Infotech Solutions Private Limited. This is a senior role involving managing financial transactions of the organization, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring Regular Operations. The candidate should have both Accounts and efficient administrative experience. Need to manage team and also interact with client end. The position offers ₹40000 - ₹60000 and opportunities for professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure team meeting their deliverables on time
Ensure timely tax filings, computations, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Understand client requirements and meet their expectations
Prepare accurate financial statements, balance sheets, and profit/loss reports and Monthly reports
Ensure payables and receivables without any GAP. conduct regular audits and keep checks and balance .
Oversee daily operations, review meeting one one with team members, streamline process, reducing GAP in any of the routines and taking instant corrective measure.
Ensuring no escalation from client end. Exploring new opportunities in terms of customers and product.
Empower team and keep them motivated
Work towards goals and objectives of organization is met
Job Requirements:
