Job Overview:
We are looking for a smart, streetwise, and dependable Administrative Assistant to support the backend operations. The ideal candidate will handle purchase and sales billings, ledger maintenance, cheque and payment entries, and maintain accurate filing systems. He must be process-oriented, quick on his feet, and have basic English communication skills. This role is best suited for someone who is intelligent, responsible, and eager to grow within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Billing & Invoicing: Prepare accurate purchase and sales bills, maintain updated price lists.
• Accounts & Ledger: Record payments, manage ledgers, handle cheque and bank entries.
• Order & Inventory Coordination: Process sales orders, verify stock inward, and document orders.
• Customer Handling: Attend calls, respond to queries, and follow up for payments.
• Administrative Support: Manage courier dispatch, maintain records, support filing and documentation.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelors degree in Commerce with relevant skills or work experience
• Good at customer handling and follow-ups
• Strong persuasion and communication skills
• Basic knowledge of accounts and billing systems
• Ability to work independently and maintain records accurately
• A team player with a hunger for personal growth
• Hands on Experience in MS Excel ,Word
• Accuracy and timeliness of billing and ledger entries
• Effective handling of customer queries and payments.
