Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Backend Admin to support our Business Loans department. The ideal candidate will manage administrative tasks, ensure accurate data handling, and support the end-to-end processing of loan applications.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle documentation and backend processing for business loan applications.

• Coordinate with the sales, credit, and operations teams to ensure timely processing of files.

• Review loan documents for completeness and accuracy before submission.

• Maintain loan application trackers and update them regularly.

• Handle customer data entry into CRM or loan management systems.

• Ensure adherence to internal compliance and documentation policies.

• Support audit requirements by organizing and providing necessary records.

• Follow up with internal teams or customers for missing documentation.

Key Skills Required:

• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and other office tools.

• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

• Familiarity with loan processing or financial documentation is preferred.

• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Prior experience in backend/admin work for NBFCs, banks, or loan processing teams is a plus.
