Responsibilities:  Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients  Provide administrative support to the management team and other departments. Handle correspondence, filing, and documentation
 Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence
 Handle requests and queries appropriately
 Prepare and manage quotations for clients based on their requirements. Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to ensure accurate and competitive pricing.
 Maintain records of all quotations and follow up with clients for approval and feedback.

Requirements:
 Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)  Proficiency in Gmail OR Outlook is must
 Strong organizational and time management skills
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team
 Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
