We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Executive – Accounts Payable to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end accounts payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, vendor payments, reconciliations, and compliance with internal controls and financial policies. 1. Job Title: Sr. Executive – Accounts.2. Job location –Janakpuri, Delhi3. Qualification – Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field (B.Com / M.Com / MBA).4. Experience - 3–5 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable.5. Joining Time – 15 days6. Key Responsibilities:· Process high-volume invoices and ensure timely and accurate entry into the accounting software.· Verify, allocate, and post transactions to correct accounts.· Review and reconcile vendor statements; follow up on discrepancies.· Schedule and prepare payments (cheques, NEFT, RTGS, etc.).· Assist in month-end closing activities related to AP.· Maintain vendor master data and ensure compliance with company policies.· Coordinate with internal departments and vendors to resolve invoice/payment issues.· Monitor aging reports and ensure timely resolution of pending payables.· Ensure compliance with applicable tax laws (GST, TDS, etc.) and regulatory requirements.7. Compensation: 4.20L per annum
