Job description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Payment Follow-up Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for contacting customers to confirm payment details, follow up on overdue payments, and resolve payment-related issues.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Contact customers: Reach out to customers via phone, email, or mail to confirm payment details, payment due dates, and payment amounts.
2. Follow up on overdue payments: Contact customers with overdue payments to resolve payment issues, negotiate payment plans, and update payment information.
3. Resolve payment-related issues: Investigate and resolve payment-related disputes, discrepancies, and errors.
4. Update customer information: Update customer contact information, payment details, and account status in the company's database.
5. Meet productivity and quality targets: Achieve daily productivity and quality targets, including call volumes, payment collection rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
6. Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with sales, accounting, and customer service teams to resolve payment-related issues and improve customer satisfaction.
7. Maintain accurate records: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, payment follow-ups, and payment-related issues.
