Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Finance & Accounts professional. As a mid-management candidate in Finance and Accounts, you'll be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, overseeing accounting processes, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance, while also contributing to strategic financial planning and analysis.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, accounts and compliances including taxation. Telecom background for the candidate would be an added advantage though not a pre requisite.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting & Analysis:

• Prepare and review financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements). 

• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement. 

• Develop and implement financial reporting processes and procedures. 

• Prepare and present financial reports to management and stakeholders. 

• Accounting & Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards  and relevant regulations. 

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records. 

• Process and reconcile financial transactions. 

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.

• Handle audits and tax filings

• Ensure compliance with all tax and other regulations including GST, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, etc.

• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance / Accounts / (Optional) Chartered Accountant (Inter CA cleared)

• 10+ years experience in Accounts & Finance field

• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, taxation and budgeting

• Strong leadership skills.

• Team management.

• Proficiency in accounting software (Zoho & Tally)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
