✨ About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Account Head to oversee our organization’s accounting, finance, and compliance functions. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in financial management, budgeting, taxation, and team leadership, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all financial operations.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

🔹 Lead and manage the Accounts & Finance department

🔹 Prepare, review, and finalize financial statements in compliance with statutory regulations

🔹 Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management

🔹 Ensure timely tax filings (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.) and statutory compliance

🔹 Monitor payables, receivables, and reconciliation processes

🔹 Manage payroll processing and employee reimbursements

🔹 Coordinate with auditors for internal & external audits

🔹 Implement cost control measures and financial strategies

🔹 Provide financial reports & insights to management for decision-making

🔹 Mentor and guide the accounts team for optimum performance

✅ Requirements

✔ Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (CA/CMA preferred)

✔ 10+ years of experience in accounting & financial management

✔ Strong knowledge of Tally ERP, Busy ,SAP, or other accounting software

✔ Expertise in taxation, compliance, and auditing

✔ Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills

✔ Leadership ability to manage teams effectively

✔ Excellent communication & reporting skills
