We are seeking an experienced and proactive Accounts Manager who can not only manage the company’s accounts and financial processes but also oversee office operations. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, the ability to supervise staff, and a hands-on approach to ensure smooth coordination across multiple offices.
Manage and oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax regulations, and internal policies.
Supervise and guide office staff to ensure productivity and discipline.
Act as the central point of coordination between multiple office locations.
Take ownership of all pending and ad-hoc tasks to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion.
Prepare budgets, monitor expenses, and provide financial insights to management.
Maintain accurate records, ledgers, and reconciliations.
Support management in audits, reviews, and strategic financial planning.
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
8–10 years of proven experience in accounting and office administration.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (Excel, Word).
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, coordinate between teams, and handle responsibilities independently.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Experience in managing multiple office operations.
Prior exposure to real estate, construction, or service industry (if relevant).
Ability to take complete ownership of tasks with minimal supervision.
