About the Role:
We are seeking an Accounts Professional with strong experience in manufacturing process setup and cost accounting. The role involves managing end-to-end accounting functions, implementing cost-control measures, and ensuring smooth financial operations aligned with the company’s manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries.
Set up and monitor accounting processes specific to manufacturing, including BOM (Bill of Materials), WIP (Work in Progress), and inventory valuation.
Maintain cost sheets, product costing, and variance analysis for manufacturing activities.
Support in establishing processes for raw material procurement, consumption tracking, and finished goods costing.
Prepare monthly MIS reports, P&L statements, and balance sheets for management review.
Work with production and operations teams to align financial tracking with manufacturing workflows.
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
Assist in implementing ERP/Accounting systems for manufacturing.
Conduct internal audits, stock audits, and maintain accurate documentation.
Suggest process improvements to enhance financial control and cost efficiency.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (CA Inter/ICWA preferred).
3–6 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2+ years in a manufacturing setup.
Strong knowledge of costing, inventory management, and process accounting in manufacturing.
Hands-on experience with ERP/Accounting software (Zoho Books, Tally, SAP, or similar).
Good understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to collaborate with production/operations teams and streamline financial processes.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
