About the Role:

We are looking for an Account Manager – Manufacturing & Administration to join our team at Konverto Furniture Solutions Private Limited.
The role involves managing the financial transactions of the organization, preparing accurate financial reports, ensuring timely tax filings, and maintaining strict compliance with tax regulations and internal processes.
This position offers a salary range of ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month, along with opportunities for professional growth in a structured manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Oversee daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations
✅ Ensure timely GST filings, tax computations, and compliance with regulatory requirements
✅ Prepare accurate financial statements, balance sheets, and profit/loss reports
✅ Manage financial data securely with regular backups, ensuring confidentiality
✅ Coordinate with production and store teams to verify and maintain proper documentation
✅ Support audits and collaborate with external accountants when required
✅ Generate daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports for management
✅ Contribute to administrative processes to ensure discipline and accuracy in all factory-related financial operations

Job Requirements:

• Graduate (Bachelor’s degree) in Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field

• 4–6 years of experience in accounts/finance, preferably in a manufacturing environment

• Knowledge of Tally, GST filing, and statutory compliance

• Understanding of accounting principles and GAAP

• Strong administrative and documentation skills; detail-oriented and process-driven

• Good communication and problem-solving skills
