Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate should have 10–12 years of experience in accounting and finance, with strong exposure to direct and indirect taxation, team management, and regular financial reporting to the Director.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations of the company.

• Manage and guide the accounts team, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

• Handle direct and indirect taxation, including GST, TDS, and income tax matters.

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and internal departments.

• Ensure compliance with statutory and company policies.

• Present financial insights and reports directly to the Director.
  

Requirements:

• or equivalent qualification.

• 8-12 years of experience in accounting, preferably from a manufacturing industry.

• Strong knowledge of direct & indirect taxation and statutory compliance.

• Proven experience in team handling and process improvement.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
