Job Summary
Responsible for managing financial operations, maintaining accurate accounting records, ensuring compliance with tax and financial regulations, and supporting audits and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting & Financial Management
Maintain accurate financial records in compliance with accounting standards.
Manage accounts payable & receivable, ensuring timely payments & collections.
Prepare and review financial statements, balance sheets, profit & loss reports, and cash flow statements.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other tax regulations.
Bookkeeping & Reconciliation
Maintain general ledger accounts and perform month-end and year-end closing.
Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and financial records.
Monitor cash flow and manage working capital efficiently.
Taxation & Compliance
Prepare and file GST returns, TDS, and statutory financial obligations.
Ensure adherence to tax laws and compliance regulations.
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
Financial Reporting & Analysis
Generate financial reports and insights for senior management.
Conduct financial analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Support decision-making by providing accurate financial data.
Payroll & Vendor Management
Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy in salary calculations & deductions.
Manage vendor payments and negotiate payment terms for cost optimization.
Ensure accurate documentation of financial transactions.
Process Improvement & Internal Controls
Implement best practices to improve financial processes and efficiency.
Ensure internal controls are in place to prevent fraud and mismanagement.
Assist in the automation and digitalization of accounting processes.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Commerce , M.Com ,(CA Inter/MBA Finance preferred).
Experience
5+ years in accounting & finance roles.
Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and compliance regulations.
Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, or ERP).
Advanced MS Excel skills for financial analysis.
Soft Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Preferred Qualities

Proactive with strong organizational skills.
