Job Description : (Accountant)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage and oversee daily accounting operations, financial reporting, tax compliance, and budgeting processes. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of accounting principles and financial regulations, and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and general ledgers

• Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in all accounting entries

• Process accounts payable and receivable

• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

• Handle tax filings and ensure compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations

• Manage payroll and employee reimbursements

• Monitor company’s financial status and report on variances from the budget

• Assist with audits and liaise with external auditors

• Maintain confidentiality of financial information

• Use accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP) effectively

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Proven work experience (1–2 years) as an accountant or in a similar role

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards (GAAP/IFRS)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to meet deadlines and manage time efficiently
