Key Responsibilities:
Maintain day-to-day accounts including purchase, sales, receipts, and payments.
Prepare and update ledgers, journals, and other accounting records.
Monitor stock levels, track inventory movement, and reconcile stock with accounts.
Coordinate with procurement and sales teams for stock updates and order requirements.
Perform monthly stock verification and prepare stock statements.
Handle vendor and customer invoices, payments, and outstanding reconciliations.
Assist in preparing financial reports, GST filings, and other statutory documents.
Support audits by providing necessary stock and account records.
Ensure accuracy in data entry, accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, Excel), and physical stock maintenance.
Maintain proper documentation for all stock and accounting transactions.
