Qualification : Graduate

Experience : 1 Yrs to 3Yrs

Location : Naigaon East

Salary : depending on experience

Job Description-

Preparation of Export Documentation: Prepare and review all necessary export documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and bills of lading.

Compliance Management: Ensure that all documentation meets the legal and regulatory requirements for exports to avoid delays and penalties.

Coordination with Shipping Lines and Forwarders: Liaise with shipping lines and freight forwarders to facilitate smooth transportation and delivery of goods.

Customs Clearance Support: Assist in the customs clearance process by providing necessary documentation and responding to inquiries from customs authorities.

Data Entry and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all export transactions and documentation, ensuring easy retrieval for audits and inspections.

Communication with Internal and External Stakeholders: Collaborate with sales, logistics, and finance teams, as well as external clients and vendors, to ensure seamless operations.

Problem Resolution: Address any issues or discrepancies related to export documentation in a timely and effective manner.

Working Days & Timing - Mon - Sat & 9.00am - 6.00pm
