Job Summary
The Accounts & Admin Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, handling administrative operations, maintaining financial records, and ensuring smooth coordination between departments. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and knowledge of accounting principles and office management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in accounts and administration.
- Experience in Tally ERP and knowledge of GST/TDS filing preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally/ERP system and Busy.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and petty cash management.
- Prepare invoices, bills, vouchers, and supporting documents.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
- Prepare and maintain GST, TDS, PF, and ESI records.
- Support statutory audit processes and coordinate with auditors.
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations, supplies, and vendor coordination.
- Handle employee attendance, leave records, and HR documentation support.
- Assist in organizing company meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain employee and company files (digital and physical).
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth administrative workflow.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
