Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Account Executive who has strong knowledge in accounting activities and basic understanding of purchase operations. The ideal candidate should be able to manage day-to-day accounts, coordinate with vendors, and support the finance team efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle day-to-day accounting activities
• Maintain ledgers, invoices, and financial records
• Coordinate with vendors for purchase-related documents
• Assist in preparing monthly reports
• Support internal audits and compliance
• Ensure timely processing of payments
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounts
• Knowledge of purchase procedures
• Strong proficiency in Tally / ERP
• Good communication and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
