1. Utilise Tally software to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including
accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
2. Perform routine financial transactions, such as recording invoices, expenses, receipts, and
payments, and ensure proper coding and classification of all financial data.
3. Prepare and process journal entries, adjusting entries, and month-end closing activities to
ensure accurate financial reporting.
4. Generate financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and
cash flow statements, using SAP software.
5. Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes by providing financial data and insights.
6. Monitor and analyse financial performance, highlighting variances and identifying areas for
improvement.
