Job description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices, handling reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with applicable financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.

• Client Handling and coordination.

• Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and payment requests.

• Coordinate with internal departments and vendors on financial matters.

• Maintain proper documentation and filing systems.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• 1–2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role.

• Proficient in accounting software .

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.

• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
