Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and result-driven Account Executive to manage daily accounting tasks and financial activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, managing client accounts, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update financial records and general ledger.

• Prepare and analyze financial reports, balance sheets, and profit and loss statements.

• Handle billing, invoicing, and account receivables/payables.

• Reconcile bank statements and assist with audits.

• Manage client accounts and respond to financial queries.

• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and legal requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar role.

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, MS Excel).

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other taxation is preferred.

Working Hours:

[Specify timings, 9 AM – 7 PM, Monday to Saturday]
Experience: 1–3 years preferred
Languages Required:Gujarati, Hindi, English
