We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Account Executive with hands-on experience in bookkeeping and data entry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing day-to-day accounting tasks, and supporting the finance team with timely data entry and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks including recording financial transactions, ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations
Manage data entry of invoices, receipts, payments, and other accounting entries
Assist in preparing financial reports and statements
Maintain organized records of financial transactions and documents
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors on payment and billing issues
Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and company policies
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field
2–3 years of experience in bookkeeping and data entry
