🎯 Job Role – Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts & Inventory Executive to manage our daily financial operations, including bookkeeping, invoicing, compliance, and inventory tracking. The ideal candidate should have a foundational understanding of accounting principles and inventory systems and should be capable of handling financial and stock-related tasks efficiently.

🔧 Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounts and maintain accurate financial records
• File Income Tax Returns (ITR) and ensure timely compliance with financial regulations
• Generate GST invoices and e-way bills for outgoing shipments
• Maintain and regularly update inventory and stock records
• Track stock movement and reconcile any discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal controls
• Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies for audits and reporting

🛠️ Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field
• Working knowledge of accounting and inventory management
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
