Position: Accounts Executive

Location: Sahibabad

Job Summary:

The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing the financial operations of the company,

ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with statutory regulations. This

role involves handling accounts payable and receivable, financial analysis, budgeting, and inventory

management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Reporting:

o Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

o Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and variances.

2. Accounts Payable and Receivable:

o Manage the end-to-end accounts payable process, including invoice processing and

payments.

o Handle accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations

3. Inventory Management:

o Oversee inventory accounting and ensure accurate valuation of inventory.

o Coordinate with procurement and production teams to maintain optimal inventory

levels.

4. Tax Compliance:

o Ensure timely and accurate filing of all tax returns, including GST, income tax, and

other statutory requirements.

o Assist in tax planning and compliance.

5. Internal Controls and Audits:

o Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets.

o Coordinate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audit processes.

6. Cost Accounting:

o Monitor production costs and variances.

o Work with production teams to identify cost-saving opportunities.

7. Compliance and Regulatory Reporting:

o Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

o Prepare and submit regulatory filings as required.

8. ERP System Management:

o Manage the financial modules of the company's ERP system.

o Ensure accurate data entry and reporting through the ERP system.

9. Stakeholder Communication:

o Provide financial insights and updates to senior management.

o Collaborate with other departments to support business objectives.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

 Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in

manufacturing.

 Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.

 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

 Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

 Good communication and interpersonal skills.
