Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive with working knowledge of Tally and experience in invoice processing, GST compliance, and Excel reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and record purchase and sales invoices in Tally ERP (Tally must).

• Assist in day-to-day accounting operations and data entry.

• Maintain GST records and support monthly GST filings.

• Reconcile bank statements and vendor/customer accounts.

• Prepare basic reports and maintain records in Excel.

• Coordinate with internal teams for billing and payment follow-ups.

Requirements:

• B.Com/M.Com or related qualification.

• 0–2 years of experience in accounting or invoice processing.

• Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and understanding of GST.

• Good communication and organization skills.

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.

• Proficiency in Accounts Payable and Receivables

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in invoice tracking and payment follow-up.

• Basic understanding of TDS and statutory compliance.
