Position: Accounts Executive – Fit 72 Sports Club

Company overview

• Fit 72 Sports Club by Proultimate Gyms is one of the biggest gym facility in India, offering premium fitness facilities and services based at Mohali, Punjab.​

Key responsibilities

• Record and maintain all day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments and journal entries.​

• Handle vendor and expense payments, prepare payment advice, and ensure timely clearance of dues.​

• Prepare and post journal entries for adjustments, accruals, provisions and month-end closing.​

• Reconcile bank statements, customer ledgers and vendor ledgers on a regular basis.​

• Assist in preparation of GST and TDS working data and support in return filing and challan preparation.​

• Maintain proper documentation, vouchers, invoices and supporting records for audit and compliance.​

• Generate basic MIS reports as required by management (collections, expenses, outstanding, etc.).

Required skills and competencies

• Strong working knowledge of Tally accounting software.​

• Good computer proficiency, especially MS Excel (formulas, basic reports), MS Word and PowerPoint.​

• Basic understanding of GST concepts (output, input, returns) and TDS (deduction, rates, due dates).​

• Good numerical ability, attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.​

• Ability to manage follow-ups professionally and coordinate with internal teams and external parties.​

Qualification and experience

• Minimum Education: B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce).​

• 0–3 years of experience in accounting: experience with GST, TDS, Tally or any billing software in a service/retail/fitness industry will be an added advantage.
