We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining financial records, assisting with audits, and supporting overall financial operations. This role requires strong analytical skills, accuracy, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and statements.

• Book accounts payable and receivable, invoices, and payments.

• Reconcile bank statements and prepare financial reports.

• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.

• Assist with statutory compliance including GST, TDS, and other tax filings.

• Coordinate with auditors and provide necessary documentation.

• Prepare and analyse expense reports, budgets, and forecasts.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for financial data and reporting needs.

• Handle vendor and client queries related to accounts.
