Job Title: Accounts Executive / Accountant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts professional to manage our financial records, ensure compliance with regulations, and support the finance team in day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling bookkeeping, preparing financial statements, and ensuring accurate reporting of all financial data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update financial records using accounting software.

• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.

• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist with tax filings (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.).

• Coordinate with auditors and provide necessary documentation during audits.

• Support the finance manager or senior accountant with ad hoc financial tasks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Proven experience in an accounting or finance role (1–3 years for junior roles, 3+ years for senior roles).

• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks)

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

• Good understanding of tax regulations and compliance requirements.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Good communication skills (written and verbal).
