About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive with strong MS Excel skills to handle daily accounting, data management, and reporting tasks. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, numbers-driven, and eager to grow in the field of accounts & finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records and entries.

• Prepare and reconcile invoices, bills, and vouchers.

• Assist in preparing financial reports and statements.

• Handle bank reconciliations and vendor payments.

• Use MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas, etc.) for financial data analysis.

• Support audits and compliance-related documentation.

What We’re Looking For

• Graduate in B.Com / M.Com / Finance / Accounts or related field.

• Good knowledge of accounting principles and Tally/ERP (preferred).

• Strong command of MS Excel and data management.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, busy environment with accuracy.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
