Job Title - Accounts Executive

We are looking for an Accounts Executive with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Tally, have experience in bank reconciliation, and possess a keen eye for detail. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced financial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

●        Maintain and update financial records in Tally.

●        Perform bank reconciliation and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies.

●        Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable/receivable.

●        Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.

●        Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

●        Process invoices, payments, and other financial transactions.

●        Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors as required.

Desired Candidate Profile:

●        Education: Any bachelor’s degree with relevant accounting work experience preferred.

●        Experience: 1-2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the Fintech/Financial industry.

●        Skills Required:

○        Proficiency in Tally and other accounting software.

○        Strong knowledge of bank reconciliation processes.

○        Highly detail-oriented, organized, and resourceful.

○        Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

○        Good communication and interpersonal skills.
