We are looking for an Executive – Store & Accounts (Civil Project Site) to join in a coal supplier based company.

Qualification- B.Com / M.Com / Diploma in Civil / Graduate with accounts and store experience

Experience: 1–4 years (in construction / civil project site preferred)

Roles and responsibilities:

1. Store Management

• Maintain records of inward and outward materials at site (cement, steel, sand, aggregates, tools, etc.).

• Perform daily stock entry in register or ERP system.

• Conduct physical verification of materials periodically.

• Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and Material Issue Slips.

• Coordinate with vendors, purchase department, and site engineers for material requirements.

• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and preservation of construction materials.

2. Accounts & Documentation

• Maintain petty cash for site expenses and submit statements with supporting vouchers.

• Handle vendor bills, prepare measurement sheets, and forward for approval/payment.

• Record daily labour attendance and labour payment sheets.

• Prepare site expense reports, stock reconciliation, and daily consumption reports.

• Coordinate with the head office accounts team for monthly financial reporting.

3. Coordination & Compliance

• Support project manager and site engineers in material planning and budgeting.

• Maintain compliance documents like gate passes, challans, invoices, etc.

• Ensure timely submission of reports to HO (accounts & store).
