Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, building strong rapport and trust.
Understand client needs, present solutions, and ensure satisfaction.
Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing.
Sales & Business Growth:
Generate new leads and identify business opportunities.
Deliver sales presentations and close deals to meet revenue targets.
Upsell or cross-sell products/services to existing clients.
Financial & Administrative Duties (Finance Focus):
Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
Record transactions, maintain ledgers, and reconcile accounts.
Prepare financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Internal Coordination:
Liaise with marketing, sales, and other departments to ensure smooth project/service delivery.
Track project progress and coordinate deliverables.
Compliance & Reporting:
Ensure adherence to financial regulations and company policies.
