Job Title: Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall branch accounts and ensure accurate and timely entries.

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliation.

• Record and reconcile receipt entries from clients and customers.

• Coordinate with HO (Head Office) accounts for monthly closing and reporting.

• Maintain proper documentation of invoices, receipts, and other accounting records.

• Support budgeting and expense tracking for the branch.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.

• Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software.

• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic statutory compliance.

• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
