Position: Accounts Executive

Location: Manglam Build Developers Ltd. (Manglam Group), 6th Floor, Apex mall Lalkothi, Tonk Road, Jaipur Rajasthan India

Experience: 3–6 Years

Qualification: B.Com/M.Com/CA Inter/Equivalent (Accounting/Finance related)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable/Receivable: Verification of invoices and processing payments on time and Reconciling customer and vendor ledger accounts.

• General Ledger & Data Entry: Recording all transactions in Tally ERP/Accounting Software and Maintaining the general ledger; assisting in the preparation of bills, journal entries, and vouchers.

• Bank Reconciliation: Reconciling bank statements on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis and resolving any discrepancies.

• Tax Compliance: Assisting with the filing of GST, TDS, and statutory returns and Preparing monthly/quarterly TDS/GST challans and certificates and issuing them to employees/vendors.

• Audit Support: Providing data and documentation promptly for internal and statutory audits and Resolving audit queries within the required timelines.

• Petty Cash Management: Managing petty cash at the branch level and ensuring timely settlement.

• Client Billing & Recovery: Preparing and timely sending client invoices and following up for payments and Regularly tracking receivables recovery and overdue reconciliation.

• Export Documentation (If required): Preparing and maintaining export-related invoices/records.

• Process Improvement: Supporting the team in streamlining and standardizing routine accounting processes.

• Reporting: Preparing monthly financial statements and providing MIS reports to the team/management.
  

Key Skills Required

• Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.

• Practical knowledge of statutory compliance (GST, TDS).

• Diligence, accuracy, and attention to detail.
