Key Skills
• Knowledge and experience in Tally and Advanced MS Excel
• Knowledge and experience taxation, doing statutory compliance Such as GST, Income Tax, ESI & PF, Company laws etc
• Knowledge of accounting processes like maintaining General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Cash & Bank, Projects, Fixed Assets (Stand Alone), Marginal Costing, Taxation GST, Insurance Reports
• Knowledge and experience in preparation of financial accounts statement like balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Willingness to handle daily income ,expenses of business on daily basis ,data-updation and share reports
• Ability to analyze financial data and provide insights.
• Ability to communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
Role and Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Preparation of financial accounts statement like balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Manage tax compliance, including GST, income tax, and other applicable taxes.
• Assist in audits and reviews, including preparation of schedules and providing information to auditors.
• Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts, including analyzing financial data and providing insights.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices and payments.
• Reconcile bank statements to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial record
