About the Role:

We are seeking a young, dynamic, and detail-oriented Accounts Executive (Inventory) to join our accounts team. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of hands-on experience in accounting operations, working knowledge of ERP systems, and a good grasp of inventory control processes. This is a key role that supports accounting accuracy and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions, including journal entries, bank reconciliations, and ledger scrutiny.

• Work on ERP systems for entry and verification of inventory movements, purchase/sales, and stock adjustments.

• Coordinate with stores and procurement departments to ensure proper inventory recording and valuation.

• Assist in monthly closing of accounts, audits, and internal financial reporting.

• Generate and analyze MIS reports related to inventory and accounts.

• Ensure adherence to internal controls and company accounting policies.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• B.Com/M.Com or similar qualification

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in accounts and inventory in a manufacturing setup.

• Working knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle, Tally Prime with ERP, or any industry-specific ERP).

• Sound understanding of inventory processes like GRN, stock reconciliation, and consumption entries.

• Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).

• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
