Role Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Assistant Accounts Executive – Receivables to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will assist with day-to-day financial operations including invoicing, banking tasks, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and submit invoices to developers

Handle day-to-day bank transactions such as cheque deposits and withdrawals

Draft professional emails and manage routine correspondence

Maintain records and perform data entry using MS Word, Excel, and spreadsheets

Communicate effectively within the team and with external stakeholders

Assist senior team members with additional accounting tasks as needed

Candidate Requirements:

Education: Graduate or Undergraduate (Commerce background preferred)

Experience: Minimum 1 year in accounts receivable or similar accounting role

Skills:

Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and general spreadsheet management

Strong written and verbal communication

Good understanding of internet and email communication

Languages: Fluency in Hindi, Marathi, and English

Work Schedule:

Working Days: Tuesday to Sunday

Week Off: Monday

Shift: Morning Shift
