• Knowledge on Tax account registration and maintenance for all states across USA. 

• Manage all accounting transactions. 

• Prepare budget forecasts. 

• Publish financial statements in time. 

• Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings. 

• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable. 

• Ensure timely bank payments. 

• Compute taxes and prepare tax returns. 

• Manage and generate balance sheets and profit/loss statements. 

• Audit financial transactions and documents 

• Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct data backups when necessary. 

• Comply with financial policies and regulations. 

• Daily bookkeeping 

• Ability to manage Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables and Cash Receipt Functions. 

• Proficient in tools including, Quick Books, Zoho Books and any payroll software. 

• Expertise in payroll functions including salaries processing and issuing the payslips. 

• Ability in processing statutory payments like TDS, GST and advance tax. 

• Ability in making PF, ESI, PT, GST & TDS fillings. 

Requirements and skills 

• Work experience as an Accountant 

• Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures. 

• Hands-on experience with accounting software like QuickBooks and Zoho Books 

• Advanced MS Excel skills including VLOOKUP’s and pivot tables. 

• Experience with general ledger functions 

• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills 

• BSc in Accounting, Finance, or relevant degree 

• Additional certification (CPA or CMA) is a plus. 

• Very Good Communication Skills
