Handle day-to-day accounting operations including data entry, invoice processing, and bank reconciliations.
Maintain and update general ledger accounts and journal entries.
Prepare financial reports such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and on time.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
Coordinate with internal departments for invoice approvals and payment schedules.

Manage petty cash and employee expense claims.
