We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and support month-end and year-end closure processes. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge and proficiency in relevant software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update accounting records and files

• Post journal entries and reconcile accounts

• Prepare invoices and follow up on receivables

• Handle petty cash transactions and expense reimbursements

• Assist in preparing financial reports and statements

• Process payments to vendors and manage vendor accounts

• Support audit and taxation processes

• Maintain accurate records of company assets and liabilities

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies

• Assist in payroll processing, as required

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com/M.Com)

• 1–3 years of experience in an accounting or finance role

• Knowledge of Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or other accounting software

• Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance

• Good Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)

• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in accounting or finance (e.g., CA Inter, CMA Inter) is a plus

• Experience in handling ERP-based accounting systems
