Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will manage financial records, handle tax filings, and ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements.

• Handle accounts payable and receivable.

• Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.

• Assist with tax preparation, GST/TDS filings, and compliance with tax regulations.

• Prepare budgets and analyze variances.

• Manage payroll processing and employee reimbursements.

• Support audits by providing necessary documentation and information.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Professional certification (CA, CPA, CMA) is a plus.

• 3+ years of experience in accounting or financial management.

• Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or SAP).

• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and other financial tools.

• Strong problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
