Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive to join our finance team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing reports,
reconciling bank statements, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and
company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
 Maintain day-to-day books of accounts, including journal entries, ledgers, and bank
reconciliations.
 Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions.
 Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely collections and payments.
 Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
 Support in budget preparation and forecasting.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
 Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (B.Com/M.Com/MBA)
 1-2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
 Knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
 Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, SAP).
 Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
