Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Tally, bookkeeping, invoice processing, and Excel. This role involves maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and supporting day-to-day financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update accounting records using Tally ERP.

Handle daily bookkeeping tasks including journal entries, ledgers, and bank reconciliations.

Create, process, and manage invoices in a timely and accurate manner.

Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes.

Prepare financial reports, statements, and supporting documentation as required.

Utilize MS Excel for data entry, financial analysis, and reporting.

Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.

Collaborate with the finance team to streamline processes and improve accuracy.

Qualifications:

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum 6 months of experience in a finance department or in an accounting role.

Proficiency in Tally ERP.

Solid understanding of bookkeeping and basic accounting principles.

Experience with invoice generation and financial documentation.

Strong command of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
